COURSES

Q1. The course is TBC, when will it be confirmed?    A: The course will be confirmed when we have received minimum attendee registrations. If these are not received a month prior to the course date, you will be notified that the course will not go ahead.

Q2. What are the minimum number of delegates for a course to proceed?    A: This number depends on the course but is approximately 10 delegates.

Q3. What is the maximum number of delegates on a course?    A: The maximum number of delegates on each course is 30 so that there is plenty opportunity for  interaction between the delegates and the presenters.

Q4. Will my payment be processed  when I submit my registration form?    A: Your payment will not be processed until the course is confirmed.

Q5: Can I receive a refund if I can no longer attend?    A: You may wish to send a replacement at no charge. Please see course registration form for our cancellation policy.

Q6: Do I receive a hard copy of the course notes?    A: Course notes are provided on a USB as part of the course fee.  If you wish to obtain a hard copy there is an additional fee.

Q7: What do I need to bring to the site visit?    A: Safety boots/shoes, long sleeve top and pants are essential.  Normally safety glasses/high visability vest/hard hat are provided but if you have your own you may wish to take these.

Q8: Can I drive myself to the site visit?    A: Although transport is provided to our site visits, you are free to make your own way there as long as you inform the course coordinator.

 

ETM/YES!/OSIG EVENTS

Q9: I have registered via Eventbrite but can no longer attend?    A: You can request a refund on Eventbrite 30 days prior to the event. Alternatively you can amend your booking with a replacement name.

Q10: When does the Eventbrite registrations close?    A: Generally the Eventbrite link closes at 2pm on the day of the event.  If you miss the deadline you can still come along and register at the door. Please note there is an extra $5 fee for ETM registrations on the night.

 

ANNUAL DINNER

Q11: Do I need all the guest names to book a table?    A: No, you can book the table then update Eventbrite with your guest names when confirmed.

Q12: When do I need to confirm dietary requirements?    A: These need to be confirmed 1 week prior to the event.

Q13: How do I get a good position for my table?    A: Sponsors get priority table position on the night, then we look at who has booked early.
