Come and have lunch on TechnipFMC and ROSEN as Nat and Adrian share from personal and corporate experience which will hopefully benefit/benchmark your own endeavours to make oil and gas/engineering a more inclusive industry.

Adrian will share from his personal and professional background and drawing from this, will relate his experience to diversity decisions. Building on these decisions, he will also present ‘soundbites’ in the mentoring and professional development space.

Nat will share a little of her personal experience and explore TechnipFMC’s diversity journey leading to the SEA Diversity award in 2018, what worked and what did not, and the organisation’s current focus and future challenges.
