Jim Craig
Chevron
James (Jim) E. Craig, PE is the Project Manager for the NOJV Offshore Nigeria Capital Projects team in Houston, where he supports Chevron’s Nigerian offshore developments and project delivery. He previously contributed to Chevron’s energy transition efforts, including the ACES Green Hydrogen project and a secondment to Brightmark RNG as Vice President of Project Management Execution. Since joining Chevron in 2004, he has led major global projects and developed key engineering and operating models. Jim began his career after earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M and later an MBA from Rice University. He has lived and worked worldwide and has served on the ECC Board since 2019.
Jon Haliburton

Mr. Halliburton is the Managing Director and Founder of Ensearch Energy Recruitment, a firm specializing in executive and technical recruitment for the energy sector. With over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, Jon began his career at ConocoPhillips, where he spent five years before transitioning into recruitment. Since founding Ensearch in 2004, he has successfully led talent acquisition efforts for major clients including Shell, Siemens, KBR, and Aker, focusing on roles across engineering, commercial, and executive functions.
Luz Zarate
Shell
Marine Technology Research Engineer with Shell, focused on screening and identifying marine renewable technologies with the potential of becoming economically viable and seeking innovative metocean approaches to support the business. Before joining Shell, Luz was a metocean consultant with RPS, where she held technical, commercial, and digital solution-delivery responsibilities. She has experience in the software development life cycle, design thinking, and client and stakeholder management. In addition, Luz led innovation initiatives and helped RPS transform into a technology-enabled consultancy. Her product portfolio focused on data and artificial intelligence, visualization and mapping, and digital twins. While at RPS, Luz supported Shell's Metocean program in the Gulf of Mexico. Her responsibilities included metocean data processing, analysis, real-time monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Luz is a Certified Scrum Product Owner with an MS in Physical Oceanography (Texas A&M, College Station) and a BE in Geophysics (UNAM, Mexico City).
Roneet Das
NGI
Roneet Das is a geotechnical engineer and researcher with experience across offshore and onshore energy projects. His work focuses on soil–structure interaction, interface shear behavior, geotechnical instrumentation, and geohazard assessment in terrestrial and marine environments. He has led laboratory testing and interpretive programs supporting offshore developments in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, and Mozambique, contributing to ground models and geotechnical bases of design for foundations, risers, and pipelines. His research applies Bayesian methods to pipe–soil interaction and slope stability. Roneet currently serves as Chair of the SUT Young Professionals Committee.
Allison Drobniak

Allison Drobniak is a seasoned Strategy and Operations leader at Genesis, driving organizational excellence and business growth through innovative solutions. A Texas A&M graduate, she combines engineering expertise with strategic vision to optimize processes and deliver impactful results. Allison actively contributes to industry advancement as a council member for the Executive Council for Leading Change and serves on the Executive Advisory Committee for the ECC Association. With over a decade of leadership experience, she is recognized for fostering collaboration, guiding transformative initiatives, and shaping the future of energy and construction sectors.
Sarah Truchard
CITGO
As the Manager of Talent & Leadership Development at CITGO, Mrs. Truchard brings over 15 years of experience in the learning and development space, driven by a deep passion for engaging employees through innovative learning strategies. She hold a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science with an Education concentration from St. Mary’s University in Texas, and an M.S. in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Mrs. Truchard enjoys spending time with her twin boys, coaching, playing, and watching softball and baseball, and actively volunteering with the Houston Rodeo.
