Aberdeen – Gadgets & Widgets

Call for Submissions

The SUT is pleased to return with the very popular Gadgets and Widgets evening meeting on 18^th September 2024 at Aberdeenshire Cricket Club, Morningside Road, Aberdeen, AB10 7FB. 

Submissions are invited for organisations who would like to be considered for a 10-minute presentation slot at this year’s event to tell the audience about their latest innovations. Technology presented must be relevant to the subsea community and should not be commercially slanted. 

Requests should be submitted to [email protected] to allow the best programme to be selected ahead of publicising the evening.

Last date for submissions is 30^th August 2024

Successful applicants will be provided space to display posters/pop-ups and a table-top to display equipment, demonstrations, company literature, etc. Successful applicants will be asked to co-sponsor the evening at a minimal £100 to help the Society cover costs and ensure attendance is maximised.  

The presentation session will be followed by a buffet and networking session where the audience will be encouraged to engage and network with presenters, with the opportunity to make sales pitches. 

We look forward to being inundated with requests for these very valuable slots at a well-respected and attended event.
