SUT Aberdeen would like to hear about latest innovations from organisations who would like to be considered for Gadgets and Widgets 2025.

This year’s event will take place on 27 August 2025 at Aberdeenshire Cricket Club, Morningside Road, Aberdeen, AB10 7FB.

Slots of 10 minutes are offered for organisations to present technology developments relevant to the subsea community, and should not be commercially slanted.   Requests should be submitted to [email protected] to allow the best programme to be selected ahead of publicising the evening. Last date for submissions is 25 July 2025.

Successful applicants will be provided space to display posters / pop-ups and a table top to display equipment, demonstrations, company literature etc.

Successful applicants will be asked to co-sponsor the evening at minimal cost (members – £100; non-members – £125) to help the Society cover costs and ensure attendance is maximised.

The presentation session will be followed by a buffet and networking session where the audience will be encouraged to engage and network with presenters, with the opportunity to make sales pitches.
