Global Underwater Hub and the Society for Underwater Technology are holding a breakfast briefing event in Newcastle on Thursday, 5 December.

Starting at 09:00, this free morning event – for Global Underwater Hub and Society for Underwater Technology members – provides an opportunity to network with colleagues, build new connections and discuss the latest developments and opportunities across the subsea sector and wider underwater industry.

There will be presentation on the subject of – “Energy Transition Offshore: Transfer of offshore and subsea architecture to support innovative solutions for a lower carbon future” given by Dr Alan Dobson, from TechnipFMC. Dr Alan Dobson, Director and Principal Technology Expert, will provide an overview of how TechnipFMC are leveraging their subsea and surface expertise to support offshore energy transition”

A light breakfast, including breakfast rolls and tea and coffee, will be available.

Whether you are a member of Global Underwater Hub, the Society for Underwater Technology, or new to the sector, this session is a fantastic platform to expand your professional network, learn about emerging trends, and foster relationships that drive growth within the underwater industry.

Note that due to space constraints, we can only accommodate a maximum of 55 guests in our conference facility, so bookings will be first come first served.

Venue
This will take place in the event studio at Global Underwater Hub’s premises at Walker Riverside, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Situated opposite the Shepherd Offshore’s Offshore Technology Park.
There is an onsite car park.

Non-GUH or SUT members are welcome to attend at a cost of £15 inc VAT.
