Stephen D’Souza is an Environment Manager for Assessment and Inspection at the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), Australia’s independent national regulator for health and safety, well integrity and environmental management of offshore petroleum activities.
Stephen is a Marine Engineer with extensive experience in both the maritime industry and the offshore petroleum industry. For the past 12 years, Stephen has worked as a regulator in both NOPSEMA’s safety and environment teams.
