I grew up with a keen interest in aeroplanes and flying so decided on a career in aerospace was the way to go. After 10 years in aerostructures of designing lightweight flying machines with Safety Factors as close to 1 as you could get…I decided to transition to Subsea Controls and work with equipment where the philosophy of being heavy and needing to sink seemed like a natural progression… I currently head up the BHGE Subsea Controls Engineering Team in Perth. Outside of work I’m an avid photographer.
