David Field
David is managing director and a founding partner of ICON Engineering. David has over 25 years experience in detailed design and installation of offshore structures, project management and development of equipment to support construction and drilling operations. Prior to founding ICON, David worked for Brown and Root Vickers in London, Saipem, Clough and WAPET. Since founding ICON David has developed a track record in successfully managing the installation of jackets and topsides utilising float-over and jack-up rig installation methods, and has personally supervised the installation of many significant offshore structures.
