Liam Widdrington
I was born Newcastle (North East of England, not Australia unfortunately) in 1991. I left school to go on to be an apprentice on the tools. From then on I studied at college and went onto University where I studied Mechanical Engineering with modules in Electrical Engineering also. I conducted a Graduate Scheme at Sellafield Nuclear Decommissioning, and made the move from the North East to the Lake District, setting up my own business with my fiancé. For almost 2 years now I have been a part of the New Product Development team at Siemens Subsea in Ulverston, primarily working on the DigiTRON3 controls connector as a Design Engineer.
