Manning’s career spans over 20 years in the offshore Oil and Gas, and Submarine Network Telecommunications industries where his focus was system and subsea engineering solutions. His successful record of initiating strategies to enable business growth has resulted in expanded operations and sales, advancements in technologies, and corporate acquisitions. As President of CD Ltd, the company’s annual revenue growth increased by a factor of 10x, and Manning was a key member for the sale of CDL to then Teledyne Technologies. Manning has also led a variety of corporate expansion efforts internationally in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
