Roland Fricke
Roland graduated with BSc (1989) and MSc (1991) degrees in Materials Engineering from University of Cape Town South Africa. He has work experience in Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia. Roland is currently the Engineering Authority for subsea and pipeline assets designed, installed and operated by Woodside. He is responsible for the subsea and pipeline engineering standards and processes for establishment of integrity in developments and projects, and safeguarding of integrity in operations. His experience encompasses developing and streamlining the integrity management arrangements relating to facility safety cases, inspection, monitoring, maintenance and repairs. Roland acts as a technical advisor in the company providing support across the subsea and pipeline asset lifecycle.
